Anyone who does not have previous experience taking pottery at The Arts Center must complete the "New Member Assessment Form" below.

This is a skill assessment form to determine the eligibility to work in an independent advanced-level studio/course.

Responses will be assessed by Studio Coordinator, Heather Hartz-Roberge.

* All questions are required, unless they start with “If” or “OPTIONAL”.
