INCLEMENT WEATHER

The Arts Center may be closed due to inclement weather during the months of November-February. In the event of a closure, students will be notified via email. Please be sure to check your spam folder.

In the event of inclement weather, The Arts Center may cancel or postpone classes. We generally follow TROY CSD’s cancellations/delays but with more cancellations as we have night classes. For up-to-date closing and delay information, please visit our homepage.

The Arts Center will make every attempt to reschedule classes due to severe weather. Make-up dates are added whenever possible at the end of the class session. If a class cannot be added to the end of a session or is a one-day class, we do our best to reschedule a class that works best with all parties involved.

Classes missed due to inclement weather will either be rescheduled or refunded. If The Arts Center does not close for inclement weather, you will not be refunded if you miss class.

You may also check our website or social media for potential closures due to snow.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a class cancellation, you will be notified within a week in advance of the start of class via email. Please be sure to check your spam folder. Classes that are canceled due to low enrollment or the instructor’s request will be refunded as a credit to your account which can be used toward a future class, or refunded to your original form of payment upon request.
